Mormonism

Joseph Smith: “I Will Be A Second Muhammad”

To hear a full conference-style presentation of these issues, please refer to my YouTube channel to see parts one and two.

“Mormonism” is a large, nuanced religion that contains a wide range of beliefs, varying from member to member. However, there are at least four beliefs that every Latter-day Saint holds to, being definitional to the religion in some sense. Each of these four beliefs is heretical, meaning it rejects clear, biblical teaching on the issue. To learn more about what those teachings are, check out this episode of the Do Theology podcast, as well as this chart.

Update: I joined Aaron Shafovaloff for a discussion of this article on his YouTube channel.

1. “The Book of Mormon is true.”

This is the most fundamental point of Mormonism. The Latter-day Saint missionaries knocking at your door have one immediate goal in mind: to introduce you to a new testament of Jesus Christ, the Book of Mormon. It is their goal for you to bear a “testimony” of this cornerstone scripture of their faith.

This is a summary of the Book of Mormon’s storyline taken from the Church’s official website: “The Book of Mormon records the visit of Jesus Christ to people in the Americas following His resurrection…Moroni, the last of the Nephite prophet-historians, sealed up the abridged records of these people and hid them in about A.D. 421.”

As Luke Wilson and Sandra Tanner have both rightly noted, the Book of Mormon contradicts the Bible on several serious counts. It teaches and affirms each of the following anti-biblical notions:

Children have no sin nature
It was necessary for Adam and Eve to sin by eating the fruit
The Bible would become corrupted by men who would remove precious truths from it
The Christian church existed as early as 147 BC
The title of “Christian” was used as early as 73 BC
The New Covenant promise of the Holy Spirit was given as early as 545 BC
Jesus was born in Jerusalem
The Book of Mormon is not Christian literature. In fact, the Book of Mormon is heretical in light of the truths God has given us in the Bible. Interestingly, as CARM.org rightly points out, there are several areas in which this book even contradicts Mormon theology, let alone biblical theology.

Sadly, there are many people who are willing to believe the Book of Mormon is divine scripture. Once they give on that point, they are then expected to embrace the rest of LDS teachings that are not found in the Book of Mormon, but in their other religious works. Many of these teachings are heretical, just as the ones listed above. Here’s a partial list of those additional beliefs:

We all lived pre-earthly existence, the details of which we cannot know now
Marriages and family unions can exist eternally through the LDS Church’s ordinances
Jesus is not the one, true God of the universe and the Trinity is rejected
Heavenly Father is an exalted man of flesh and bone
An infinite number of gods exists
You must perform ordinances in the LDS Church to achieve exaltation in the next life
There are modern-day prophets and apostles who exist as mouthpieces for God

2. “Evangelicalism is a result of false churches.”

Latter-day Saints hold to the presupposition that there should only be a universal church, not diverse local churches. This means that there should not be any denominations within the Christian faith. They believe that a “true church” is evidenced by its never splitting or dying. Therefore, all Christian churches (whether denominational or not) are apostate in the sense that they were born out of a split with some other expression of Christianity and have not been continuously existent since the time of Christ.

For this reason, some Mormons have said that either their church is true or the Roman Catholic Church is true (they believe Peter was the first pope). Since all Protestant traditions were born out of a split with Catholicism, none of them can be the “one, true church.” Additionally, they say that the Bible used by Christians today is lacking many “plain and precious truths” because God did not providentially preserve what He desired humans to know. Joseph Smith went as far to say that all of the creeds of the churches were “an abomination.”

Therefore, as Joseph came along and introduced a restoration of God’s true church, he offered a new authority (priesthood) for men, which he claimed was lost on the face of the earth. When he “translated” the Book of Mormon, he offered a new sacred text, which he claimed was the “the most correct of any book on earth.” These two offerings — priesthood authority and a new testament of Jesus Christ — were foundational to the restoration of God’s one, true church on the face of the earth and they are the bedrock for Mormonism today.

This view of the church is heretical. Jesus stated plainly that He would build His Church and the gates of Hades would not prevail against it (Matthew 16). Jesus taught that He would be with the Church until the end of the age (Matthew 28). Scripture says that God does whatever He pleases (Psalm 115) and He is pleased to dwell with man (Isaiah 57) and preserve a remnant (Romans 11). This Almighty, omnipotent God does not desire that His people or His word vanish; therefore, they don’t.
3. “We’re all going to heaven.”

This heresy doesn’t fall in line with the other three listed here. Typically, when a religious movement makes an exclusive claim about its authenticity as a church, there is punishment for rejecting that claim. It would be logical to conceive that Mormons believe a person would go to hell for rejecting their church. However, Latter-day Saints believe that the overwhelming majority of people who have ever existed have ended up in one of the three kingdoms of heaven — even the worst of sinners among us who have rejected Jesus.

According to their teaching, the top kingdom is the Celestial Kingdom, reserved for faithful Latter-day Saints who fulfilled the Church’s ordinances. This is where men become gods and have all that Heavenly Father and Jesus have. The middle kingdom is the Terrestrial Kingdom, made up of “good people” who didn’t obey all of the commandments. They perhaps believed the LDS gospel after their death in the spirit world, but that is not a requirement to make it to that kingdom. Finally, the Telestial Kingdom is composed of those who rejected God on earth and lived as they pleased. Joseph Smith said that the Telestial Kingdom has an indescribable glory.

Jesus, on the other hand, taught us that there is a place of everlasting punishment for those who reject Him. This place is where God crushes both soul and body (Matthew 10), where many people are inescapably sentenced to (Matthew 23), and where people are tormented forever and ever (Revelation 20). This is the due penalty for one who dies in his sin (John 8). However, since Latter-day Saints reject the biblical doctrine of total depravity, they have no problem erasing the doctrine of hell and the lake of fire.

4. “Personal revelation and feeling override all else.”

Very rarely will a Latter-day Saint come out and say plainly that his or her own feelings and perceptions are the ultimate authority, but that is what they each believe. Their own literature states, “You must study [The Book of Mormon] out in your mind; then you must ask me if it be right, and if it is right I will cause that your bosom shall burn within you; therefore, you shall feel that it is right.” As Matt Slick has rightly pointed out, this is not the way human beings are to discern truth. Neither a sensation nor a shiver constitute a Divine affirmation of a person’s thinking.

The Bible teaches us that the human heart is full of deceit (Jeremiah 17); consequently, human beings must rely on God’s objective word to know who He is and who we are (Matthew 4). It is man’s responsibility to pay attention to Scripture and submit to it, because it is the word of God (2 Peter 1). Any feelings of inspiration a person has must be submitted to the authoritative Bible. To place one’s own “revelation” over the Bible’s testimony is heresy.

At the end of the day, Mormons are Mormons because they believe God has revealed truth to them in a personal, supernatural way and no one can reverse that experience. It is nigh impossible to argue with someone who believes this, but it is able to be refuted.

Must have hit a nerve…

He began to badmouth me in his Gab Christian Identity Group (Where I am already banned before trying to join… and cannot reply) so I will post his words and my response here.

In this article he contradicts himself (belies himself) – with “Dustin never offered to debate, or even discuss this issue with me.” and

His Message

Dustin Nemos

Arguing with me, Dustin had made accusation that I would go around slandering him, which I have not done, and that I would “lash out against” him, but all he is going to get is this Forum thread. I really do not care about him, but now I feel it is my duty to warn our friends about his perfidy. Almost immediately after I blocked him, Dustin did everything he claimed that I would do. Aside from being quarrelsome, aside from being constantly boastful, characterizing oneself by projecting ones own deeds or feelings onto others in the form of accusations is also an inherent jewish trait.

I archived his almost immediate article criticizing me here: web.archive.org/web/20231123…alse-teachers/ (screenshot) Dustin thinks he can shame me for my use of profanity, which was purposefully to mock him, once I realized he did not respect Scripture. He thinks he can shame me for my refusing to have a debate with him, for which reason I also mocked him, as he himself proved that such debates are futile. But he is too arrogant to see his errors. And his errors are numerous.

But most importantly, and just like a jew, Dustin denies that there is a New Covenant in Christ. On November 7th, for some other reason, I was compelled to make a Gab post which said the following: “Anyone who thinks the New Covenant is predicated on the Old Covenant is a fool. No man builds a house on a foundation which is broken, and Yahweh himself declared the Old Covenant to have been broken, Zechariah 11:10. Rather, the New Covenant is predicated upon the UNCONDITIONAL promises which Yahweh God had made to Abraham, the UNCONDITIONAL covenants that He made in Genesis chapter 15 and elsewhere. Luke 1:54-55, Luke 1:72, Romans 15:8.” Then along with that I included a link to my Christian Foundations podcast.

So Dustin made the rather hare-brained response that “@wmfinck You do not know the scriptures. The word Covenant was edited in later, there is no new covenant. The law is eternal … As taught by Jesus and all the apostles, Paul included.” In the elipses, he had posted a link to an article titled in part “The Torah Can Save Your Soul”. Right, as if the law alone ever saved anyone apart from Christ. So according to Dustin, there is no new covenant, and I don’t know the Scriptures. LOL, what a clown he is. (Screenshot below.) He never did respond to my response, where I told him: “The law is eternal. And your fornication is a direct violation of the law. The New Covenant is real, it was never ‘edited in’. Where is the evidence for that? Jeremiah chapter 31, Ezekiel chapter 37. You argue like a jew, indeed. You are no Christian, and here you actually prove that.”

So I went to look at Dustin’s Serapeum website, and it did not take long to realize that he must have spent considerable time at Christogenea, picking and choosing what suited him, and disregarding much more, while adding his own often wayward opinions. My response:

@brucebohn @wmfinck I think your hatred of the stranger/foreigner is directly against Gods commandments. Every *argument* (Mostly opinion) you’ve made has been addressed in my article and you refuse to address it. You cannot answers my questions adequately, your views directly contradict scripture, and rather than repeat myself, the same argument still stands! This is why you obviously avoid verse and rely on vulgarity and ridicule. Furthermore, the evidence for the word “covenant” being edited in is included IN the article with the rest of the evidence and arguments – if you had read that you would have seen original manuscripts were not copied and words like Jew were added over, Covenant added in, and YHWH (Gods name) removed over 6000 times and replaced with Baal in English.

“You do not know the scriptures” You are a hate preacher, you’re throat is a sepulcher. When you open your mouth, the grave vomits forth its fruit.

At the end of the day, your cowardice and reliance on censorship and ridicule speaks louder than your refusal to debate. But both will outspeak any words you try to muster in your defense now. The scriptural arguments you make are torn apart below. Doctrines of Devils.

1. Leviticus 19:33-34
“When a foreigner resides among you in your land, do not mistreat them. The foreigner residing among you must be treated as your native-born. Love them as yourself, for you were foreigners in Egypt. I am the LORD your God.”

56 Thus saith the Lord, Keep ye judgment, and do justice: for my salvation is near to come, and my righteousness to be revealed.
2 Blessed is the man that doeth this, and the son of man that layeth hold on it; that keepeth the sabbath from polluting it, and keepeth his hand from doing any evil.
3 Neither let the son of the stranger, that hath joined himself to the Lord, speak, saying, The Lord hath utterly separated me from his people: neither let the eunuch say, Behold, I am a dry tree.
4 For thus saith the Lord unto the eunuchs that keep my sabbaths, and choose the things that please me, and take hold of my covenant;
5 Even unto them will I give in mine house and within my walls a place and a name better than of sons and of daughters: I will give them an everlasting name, that shall not be cut off.
6 Also the sons of the stranger, that join themselves to the Lord, to serve him, and to love the name of the Lord, to be his servants, every one that keepeth the sabbath from polluting it, and taketh hold of my covenant;
7 Even them will I bring to my holy mountain, and make them joyful in my house of prayer: their burnt offerings and their sacrifices shall be accepted upon mine altar; for mine house shall be called an house of prayer for all people.
8 The Lord God, which gathereth the outcasts of Israel saith, Yet will I gather others to him, beside those that are gathered unto him.

Brucebohn’s smacktalk and Block strategy on Christian Identity Group on Gab

For the Christian Identity group on Gab group that is actively smacktalking me, goading me to reply, and then blocking me so I cannot reply – I think anyone who sees such tactics will see them exactly what they are – deceptive.

Projection

When we were arguing in reference to his fornication, Dustin accused me of having a jewish surname, which is, of course, a lie. Like most people who accuse me in that regard, Dustin refused to spell my name properly, which is indicative of his inherent dishonesty. But later, I found out that Dustin’s real name is Krieger. Dustin Krieger, lol, and he accused me of being jewish based on MY surname? Like Finck, or more commonly, the variant Fink, the name Krieger is also very often adopted by jews.

~William Finck.lestein

And as he keeps trying to tell everyone I am a Jew because I have a German word, predating the invention of the words “Jew” or the “Ashkenazi” Khazarian Identity Theft Myth, for my name.

This is like saying if you’re Irish and your name is something like O’Malley, or Macdonald, then you’re a jew.

Makes no sense, but that deceptive abuse of logic is exactly what we’ve come to expect from Jews and their allies.

Krieger Surname: Swiss German and German; Dutch (of German origin; also De Krieger): occupational name for a mercenary soldier, Middle High German krieger. It is also found in France (Alsace and Lorraine) and in some central European countries, e.g. in Czechia. Compare Cregar and Kreiger . https://www.houseofnames.com/krieger-family-crest

Krieger means Warrior, in German.

And that, I am.

Reviews from former Finck.lestein followers:

@RealDustinNemos glad to have run across you and your site which I found through a search of CI. I did/do find it strange that your CI group has no members, no biggie, just different according to my experience. I have been following/studying CI for a number of years now since around 2010 but only more seriously in the past 5 years or so. I mostly have followed the work of @WilliamFinck through the site he created christogenea.org. There was a period where I listened intently to his weekly podcasts, many of them repeatedly when I “retired” for a few years and spent a lot of time outdoors among nature. I eventually joined the Christogena chatroom but was banished for asking a few basic questions I had about Scripture. I could not help think to myself “How is this any better than the (((communists))) as apparently their guidelines for asking questions are seemingly oppressive. I found this to be true of other “Right-Wing” type of sites supposedly advocating for the White Race. One wrong word, without any intention of trolling, and they instantly zap you. Again, how is this freedom of speech oppression any better than kosher communism ala 1984?
So, that is that for that. Hope to hear from you soon.

UNVERIFIED QUOTES:

“This is the story of a jail guard who is involved in the murder of a prisoner. The prisoner asked for a blanket. Instead he was beaten to death. This is the same fink @ christogenea.org .”

William Finck, Christian Pastor?

http://whitenationalist.org/forum/sh…=3886#post3886
http://adrenarch.bravejournal.com/

Self styled Christian Identity pastor, Greek expert, Theologian and Biblical essayist William (AKA Bill) Finck has claimed that he was a supervisor at a state prison facility at the time of an attack which left a prison inmate dead. The Ledger points out that it was in fact a county jail.

He has consistently told people he was ‘doing paperwork’ at the time and wasn’t aware until later that guards under his direct supervision were involved in an altercation with a prisoner. He claimed his sentence should have only been 17 months, but on a technicality the judge was able to pass sentence outside the sentencing guidelines. In fact, he took a plea to reduce his sentence by pleading guilty, a gamble which subsequently backfired meaning he would then spend approximately 12 years behind bars for a ‘Civil Rights’ violation.

He claims he was an innocent victim of circumstance but the evidence shows he was neither innocent nor victim. In fact his whole story regarding his imprisonment as well as the story surrounding the case is a tissue of lies, contrived to conceal his true nature and to fool his now dwindling number of unsuspecting followers.

He was, and remains, an impenitent and unrepentant murderer, sociopath and a violent and pathological liar. He was not as he claims trying to cover for his colleagues, but was instead himself guilty of the senseless, bloody and brutal cold blooded murder of a prison inmate. As it was then reported in the media, he and his cohorts escaped a state murder indictment on a technicality and instead copped a plea for violation of the inmates civil right’s. It has been widely suspected and opined that he is one of a large and growing number of well placed and well coordinated people working for the FBI as an insider from within the white nationalist and Christian Identity movement since his release.

He now claims to make his living from IT, but it appears to be nothing more than sub-domain or 3rd level web hosting and web design using off the shelf templates. It is possible that his principle income is augmented by being on the FBI payroll as was former radio show host and fellow New Yorker Hal Turner. Finck similarly runs a hate filled podcast on the Teamspeak and Talkshoe networks, one of which he co-hosts with a peculiarly mixed race neo fascist named Brian Reo from Ohio.

In addition to his numerous web sites under the Christogenea banner which includes a virulently hate filled forum and web log, he runs a site called Zogbots.org in which he slanders and defames anyone who disagrees with his biblical interpretations. His recent victims even seem to include fellow Christian Identity pastors such as Eli James from Chicago Illinois, who has now apparently joined the ranks of such absurd characters as Martin Lindstedt and an individual known as Russell Walker, all of whom have apparently fallen foul of the gospel according to William Finck at some point in time

What now follows is a more accurate and reliable account of this animal and the part he, and his colleagues played in the murder of 27 year-old Arnaldo Ortega in 1989.

Prison term for guards caps quest for justice

ROBERT RUDOLPH
Published: October 25, 1996

He was only 27 years old when he was brought to the old Hudson County Jail in Jersey City to await trial on a minor burglary charge.

But for Arnaldo Ortega, it was to become a sentence of death.

In the early morning hours of March 9, 1989, Ortega asked for headache medication. In response, he was dragged from his cell and subjected to a series of unprovoked beatings that left him bleeding, broken and pleading for help. Two days later, after slipping in and out of consciousness and calling for his mother, Ortega died from his injuries.

Yesterday, after a protracted journey through the criminal justice system, the two jail guards responsible for the fatal beating got their own punishment in Newark federal court prison sentences of 14 and 15 years without parole. For the family of the victim, it was a moment of quiet satisfaction.

“I know he’s not going to come back to us,” said the victim’s brother, Louis Ortega, “but wherever he is, he sees that he got justice, too.”

Outside the courtroom, Magdalene Negron, the victim’s mother, searched for the words to describe her feelings at the conclusion of the federal civil-rights case against the guards.

“I have waited for seven years for this justice,” she said softly.

For the guards, David Dumers, 43, and William Finck cq, 35, who had been a sergeant at the time, the sentences mean that two men who so brutally abused their authority as prison officials will spend the next decade and a half as inmates themselves.

U.S. District Judge John Lifland ordered Dumers to serve 15 years and Finck imprisoned for 14 years.

A third prison guard, Thomas Murphy, 36, who pleaded guilty to failing to report the ongoing brutality, was sentenced to a far more lenient term of four months, although Lifland noted that if he had acted differently, “Mr. Ortega would be alive today.”

Although both Dumers and Finck were sentenced for federal civil-rights violations, the judge branded the beating of Ortega a “cold-blooded” crime that amounted to second-degree murder, and said Finck’s comments during the attack added an “unusual level of depravity to an already depraved situation.”

Neither Dumers, white-haired and dressed in a rumpled gray suit, nor Finck, the bearded and bespectacled father of five, made any comment to the court.

Finck had pleaded guilty to the crime, while Dumers was convicted at trial.

As pieced together from court testimony and government documents, Ortega had been in the jail for approximately five weeks when he began complaining of a severe headache and was taken to the Jersey City Medical Center, where he was given a prescription pain killer.

Around midnight the following day, he asked a guard for his medication.

Ortega was beaten to death “because he had the temerity to request medical attention for a headache,” Assistant U.S. Attorney Aidan O’Connor said in a report to the court.

According to O’Connor, the prison’s deputy warden, Raymond Murray, told Finck to send corrections officers to handle the problem. (A federal jury deadlocked on civil rights charges against Murray in April.)

Dumers and Murphy, O’Connor said, then dragged Ortega out of his cell to an elevator.

“This elevator ride,” O’Connor said, “signaled the beginning of the end for Mr. Ortega.”

With his screams of “Don’t beat me” echoing through the prison corridors, Ortega was brought to the basement. When the door opened, Ortega, still pleading, stumbled out and fell into a pile of mattresses.

At that point, Dumers smashed him in the head with his nightstick and brought him to the main receiving desk, where Finck ordered Ortega placed in the bullpen. Other guards subsequently told of hearing the sound of someone being struck, and Ortega, dressed only in a pair of shorts, was left shivering and beaten.

When Ortega complained of the cold and begged for a blanket, Finck allegedly responded: “No, let him freeze in there.”

It was at that point, O’Connor said, that Finck and Dumers decided to “shut Ortega up.”

Court documents described in chilling detail what happened next. Carrying a 24- inch fiberglass baton, Finck ordered Murphy and another officer, Richard Maroldi, to stand watch as he and Dumers entered the bullpen.

Finck knocked Ortega onto a concrete bench and began pounding the victim’s back with his nightstick “with all his power.”

Dumers then punched Ortega in the throat, crushing his larynx.

As Ortega collapsed on the floor, choking and gasping for air, Finck kicked him in the chest, fracturing his sternum.

Leaving the battered victim gasping for breath, the two men walked out of the bullpen, calmly put the nightstick away, and went about their business for the remainder of the shift.

Ortega, now only partially conscious, his body covered with welts and bruises, was transferred to another bullpen, where he begged another inmate to rub his head and cried for someone to “Call my mother, they beat me up.”

When one of the other prison guards told Finck that Ortega needed to go to the hospital, Finck allegedly replied: “F him, let him die,” and then warned the guard, “Keep your mouth shut or else.”

Ortega was left without care for the entire day. It was only when another officer saw him that evening, lying on the floor writhing in pain, his lips caked with blood, that Ortega was ordered to the hospital, where he was diagnosed with a brain hemorrhage, a fractured sternum and a fractured larynx. He died March 11.

The suspects originally were indicted on state murder charges, but a series of legal problems plagued that case. Finally, the U.S. Attorney’s Office and FBI moved ahead on the federal civil-right case against them.

Maroldi pleaded guilty to a related misconduct charge in Superior Court in Hudson County. Maroldi had walked away from the beating in disgust and later urged Finck to get medical help for Ortega.

The prison itself was torn down earlier this year and replaced by a parking lot. A new Hudson County Jail was opened in Kearny several years ago, but because of ongoing administrative problems, was taken over by a state management team at the request of county officials early this year.

New Jersey Briefing

Former Jail Guard Convicted

By TERRY PRISTIN
October 25. 1996

NEWARK- Arnaldo Ortega, an inmate at the Hudson County Jail serving time for burglary, asked prison guards for a blanket. Instead the guards at the jail, then situated in Jersey City, beat him to death with their fists and a fiberglass baton.

Yesterday, David Dumers, of Jersey City, a former guard convicted by a jury in the 1989 beating death of Mr. Ortega, was sentenced in Federal court to 15 years. William Finck, of Bayonne, who pleaded guilty to similar charges, received a 14-year sentence, and a third guard who admitted covering up the crime, Thomas Murphy, of Jersey City, was sentenced to four months

Warden and 2 Jail Guards Held in Death

A deputy warden and two guards at the Hudson County Jail were arrested today on charges of murder and official misconduct in the beating death of a 27-year-old prisoner.

The arrests came on a day that included the victim’s funeral in a church a mile from where he was beaten, a demonstration outside the jail protesting brutality, minor disturbances by other prisoners and an announcement by county officials that allegations of racism and violence in the badly overcrowded jail would be investigated. The prisoner, Arnaldo Ortega of Jersey City, was beaten for 15 to 20 minutes in a jail elevator late last Wednesday and early Thursday and then was left lying in a holding pen without medical attention for 16 hours before being taken to a hospital, said the County Prosecutor, Paul M. DePascale.

Mr. Ortega, who was in jail on a burglary charge and was to be released March 30, died at University Hospital in Newark last Saturday. According to the death certificate, he died of ”blunt force injuries to the head, face, neck, trunk and extremities.”

His death prompted demands by Mr. Ortega’s family for an investigation into his death and an allegation by their lawyer, Patrick G. Patel, that there was a ”goon squad” of correction officers who beat inmates without provocation.

The prosecutor said at a news conference today that the investigation into Mr. Ortega’s death had ended and that no further arrests were expected.

Mr. DePascale, who was asked Tuesday by County Executive Robert C. Janiszewski to investigate whether such a squad existed, said that there was a special unit that responds to crises but that there was no evidence of unprovoked attacks. He added that it was not within his purview to investigate general conditions at the jail. Mr. Janiszewski, at a news conference following Mr. DePascale’s, announced that an independent investigation into allegations of racism and violence in the jail would be conducted by the Public Safety Committee of the County Board of Freeholders and the internal affairs office of the County Division of Corrections.

He said the committee would not investigate Mr. Ortega’s death but would explore why he was allowed to languish in a holding cell for 16 hours after the beating without medical attention.

Those arrested were identified as Raymond Murray, a 20-year veteran of the Corrections Division who was promoted to deputy warden six years ago; Thomas Murphy, a correction officer for a year, and David Dumers, who has been on the job seven years and William Finck who had been a sergeant at the time, the sentences mean that two men who so brutally abused their authority as prison officials will spend the next decade and a half as inmates themselves.

U.S. District Judge John Lifland ordered Dumers to serve 15 years and Finck imprisoned for 14 years.

Charges Are Denied

They reported to the prosecutor’s office, where they were arrested at 11:30 A.M. Three hours later, they pleaded not guilty in an appearance before Judge Kevin G. Callahan of State Superior Court, who imposed bail of $50,000 for each and referred the case to a grand jury. If convicted of murder, they face 30 years to life in prison.

Officer Murphy’s lawyer, John Moore, complained that the bail was prohibitive. The quiet of the courtroom was broken by the sobbing of one of Mr. Dumers’s relatives.

A mile away in the downtown section, 150 people were attending a Mass in the 125-year-old St. Boniface Roman Catholic Church, where the altar was draped in the purple cloth of Lent. The Rev. Ricardo Gonzalez, the pastor, told family and friends that the death of a young person was the most painful. He did not mention the circumstances under which Mr. Ortega died.

Mr. Ortega’s three brothers were among eight pallbearers who guided the white coffin down the aisle, with their mother, Magda Negron, walking closely behind as an organist-vocalist sang in Spanish, ”Keep in mind that Jesus Christ died for you.” Demonstration at Jail

Outside the 63-year-old jail on Pavonia Avenue, about 100 men, women and children demonstrated. The protest was sponsored by the Jersey City branch of the All People’s Congress, which its chairman, John Jones, said was a 10-year-old civil rights coalition. He said the demonstration was to protest Mr. Ortega’s death and ”racial brutality inside the jail and outside.”

Maynard Banks, first vice president of the Jersey City chapter of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, who is deputy director of city housing and economic development, told the crowd that his organization supported official inquiries into accusations of brutality in the jail and planned its own investigation.

The jail, built for 300 prisoners, held about 750 last night. A Superior Court judge had ordered it closed as unconstitutional and inhumane, and the county is now building a new jail in Kearny for $82 million. Paul M. Swibinski, a spokesman for the County Executive, said that during the demonstration the inmates had been noisy and that many tried ”to create as much disturbance as possible.” He said that several small fires were set in some trash cans in the jail but that they were quickly extinguished with no damage. Tensions ‘Running High’

By evening, he said, there had been no injuries or arrests and the jail was back to normal, with tensions ”still running high.”

Mr. DePascale, whose conduct of the investigation was praised by county officials and the Ortega family through a brother, Angel M., 31, said Mr. Ortega had been taken from his cell after complaining about not receiving medication for a head pain for which he had visited a hospital earlier in the week.

He was beaten, Mr. DePascale said, in the elevator between the fourth floor where he was housed and the basement. The three officers, who were suspended without pay, will not be held in the Hudson County Jail, Mr. DePascale said, but in the now-vacant Bayonne Municipal Jail.

4 Jail Officers Accused in Beating Death

Published: October 5, 1994

NEWARK, Oct. 4— Four suspended Hudson County Jail officers, already facing state charges of beating an inmate to death in 1989, were indicted by a Federal grand jury here today on charges of violating the inmate’s civil rights.

The four, who are free on bail on the pending state charges, were not arrested but are to be arraigned on Friday before Judge John F. Lifland of Federal District Court.

Prosecutors have not yet decided whether they will seek to have the four detained, said an assistant United States Attorney, J. D. Larosiliere.

The victim, Arnaldo Ortega, 27, was beaten on March 9, 1989, and died two days later. He was awaiting trial on a burglary charge.

Accused are Raymond Murray, 57, deputy warden in charge of the night shift on the night of the beating; William Fink, 33, a sergeant at the jail, and two guards, David Dumers, 41, and Thomas Murphy, 35.

All were suspended without pay following Mr. Ortega’s death, Mr. Larosiliere said.

Another correction officer, Richard Maroldi, pleaded guilty in December 1992 to state charges of falsifying reports about the beating.

Today’s three-count Federal indictment charges conspiracy, cruel and unusual punishment by law officers, and the depriving of Mr. Ortega of the right to be kept from harm while in custody.

Rabbi Baal Finck has spent much time lying and pretending to myself and others that it wasn’t the ring-leader in the murder of the Puerto-Rican sneak thief due to be released Arnauldo Ortega but of not inducing this wop pig David Dumers to assist in the murder while handcuffed of Ortega, but that Finck didn’t snitch out Dumers at Dumers’ trial in order to get a reduced sentence. Then once the jury trial was over both Dumers and Finck were sentenced with Baal Finck the lead murderer and inciter getting one year less than Dumers because Dumers went to trial while Baal “Rat” Finck ‘finked’ Dumers out.

However, here is an article published in Prison Legal News of July 1996 on page 6 showing before the trial against Dumers ended with Baal Finck “finking” out Dumers, Dumers getting found guilty by a jury and Finck getting a reduced sentence for its testimony on Oct. 24, 1996 that everyone in the numerous state and federal prisons knew all about Baal “Rat” Finck. Prison Legal News is the known newspaper of record against the ZOG prison system, and this makes it literally impossible that every prisoner in federal custody at the federal prisons Finck was held in didn’t know that Baal Finck was a not only a murderous jew pig that murdered a Puerto-Rican sneak thief while handcuffed for the sheer psychotic bloodlust of it, but a snitching jew pig who testified against his former pig buddy as well.

Condescending jerk with poor arguments. Relies on emotional bullying, appeal to incredulity and ridicule.

After watching the debate between Pastor Greg Locke and Pastor Dean Odle – I can testify that Greg Locke was using pure sophistry, emotion, appeal to ridicule, ad hominem, and other deceptive logical fallacies (even after being corrected on them, which shows not only a pattern but a deceptive will and refusal to see truth when presented – or to fight fair even when rebuked on such deceptive tactics.)

Here’s the rebuttal to his works:

Simple Facts:
A. Nephilim are Real, Anunnaki means Nephilim “Princely Blood”

B. There is no DEEP TIME, the world is 6000 years.

C. Gnostics have been trying to teach Lucifer was our Prometheus figure hero for at least 2000 years.

D. Yeshuah’s Words, Whose name means Yah Saves.

E. YHWH killed monsters. All flesh that was corrupted. Yashuah rebuked and was killed for calling them out as demons using madeup Hate Speech laws. Like coming up for Christians.

F. His entire argument is they are wrong and you’ll know if you see my research long enough. (see the debate)
See past the fake expertise and look at the context of the verses he cites. That’s literally all it will take to see through this gnostic nonsense.

McToon Wrecked by Witsit

McToon Ad Hominem

“The key thing to note is how MCToon declares that he is “publicly naming and shaming” his guest, Bob, by calling law enforcement on him during a public broadcast. In other words, what MCToon is doing is “publicly naming and shaming” someone who he is accusing of “publicly naming and shaming” another. The irony and absurdity here is almost criminal in nature, and MCToon could face legal consequences by publicly accusing his guest of the very offense that his guest was accusing another person of…the mythical “Dave”. You’ll note that MCToon publicly insinuates that his guest, Bob, is guilty of the very thing that Bob allegedly publicly was accusing this person Dave of, unaware that he was committing the very same alleged offense as his accusee. Note that MCToon says that he is led to believe, Bob “is in on it and an accomplice to a crime” (i.e., the crime of Pedophilia with this alleged Dave). This is defamation and slander against Bob, which could have serious repercussions against MCToon should Bob decide to bring defamation charges against MCToon in a court of law. MCToon is publicly making unfounded accusations against Bob with zero evidence. Legally, MCToon’s accusation is indefensible. ”

~Gregory Lessing Garrett

“MCToon also said in the video that he does not know whether Bob “is in on it”, which is actually an allegation coming from MCToon that Bob is somehow participating in Pedophilia related behavior, and yet, with zero evidence. Essentially MCToon is accusing Bob of Pedophilia, the very same accusation that MCToon accused Bob of NOT reporting”

~Gregory Lessing Garrett

Curiously. Possibly worth a mention as patterns begin to emerge.

Blind Guides:

While meaning well, and covering very interesting topics in a pleasant way – many well intended people have managed to commercialize or grow large influences on topics they are not particularly qualified to be representing themselves as experts on…

While I mean this kindly, if the blind leadeth the blind – BOTH shall fall into the ditch. So in order to help keep anyone from falling into any ditches….I am offering MY OPINION on who the BLIND GUIDES ARE based on the following criteria.

1. Have they knowledge of the truth? Did I personally make sure they know the truth, or know that they are aware of the arguments yet refuse to investigate or “test all things” and remain willfully ignorant (Blind) ?
2. Have they had time to handle these concepts before I name them here?
3. Have they continued in teaching what I know and they’ve been shown was false?

Since the time Christ, there has been many denominations that have formed, all claiming to be ‘Christian’ and all claiming to have the only truth…

Dispensationalism

Due to the lack of understanding of who Israel is, and the rapture theory, a doctrine was created to explain away this misunderstanding. Dispensationalism was created by John Nelson Darby (1800 – 1882) and popularized by the Scofield Bible – Cyrus Ingerson Scofield (1843 -1921) So what is ‘dispensationalism’? Scofield’s definition given to the word ‘dispensation’ – Greek – ‘oikonomia’ (e.g. Eph. 1:10) is where it all starts:

“A dispensation is a period of time during which man is tested in respect of obedience to some specific revelation of the will of God. Seven such dispensations are distinguished in Scripture” – Scofield.

Darby and Scofield created this doctrine to support the doctrine of eternal security, that divides Scripture into divisions where the requirements of salvation are different ‘dispensations’. For example, Adam would be ‘saved’ by not eating from the tree of knowledge; Noah would be ‘saved’ by getting on the ark; Israel would be ‘saved’ by keeping the Commands given by Moses and according to popular Christian teaching, the ‘gentiles’ are saved by ‘belief in ‘Jesus’.

Scofield continues:

“As a dispensation, grace begins with the death and resurrection of Christ… The point of testing is no longer legal obedience as the condition of salvation, but acceptance or rejection of Christ, with good works as a fruit of salvation” (C.I. Scofield, Scofield Reference Bible, 1909,1917 (notes on John 1:17, sec.2) p.1115.)

Notice that despite the fact that Yahushua said, “not one yod or tittle will pass from the Law,” (Matthew 5:18) Scofield teaches that Torah observance is not a condition! Interestingly he does contradict the modern teaching of eternal security by mentioning good works as a sign of belief.

None of the teaching of dispensationalism can actually be found in Scripture, therefore it is hard to define an actual dogma, and over the years since Darby dreamed up this idea the concept has produced as many different extremes of dispensationalists as there are denominations of Christianity… Very few dispensationalists can even say how many ‘dispensations’ there are, with numbers ranging from four to twelve! John MacArthur, himself a moderate dispensationalist, has made an important observation:

“There is a tendency… for dispensationalists to get carried away with compartmentalizing truth to the point that they can make unbiblical distinctions. An almost obsessive desire to categorize everything neatly has led various dispensationalist interpreters to draw hard lines not only between the church and Israel, but also between salvation and discipleship, the church and the kingdom, Christ’s preaching and the apostolic message, faith and repentance, and the age of law and the age of grace” (John MacArthur, Jr., The Gospel According to Jesus (Grand Rapids:
Zondervan, 1988), p. 25)

Therein lies the problem of dispensationalism and Christianity…

They have separated themselves from the Covenanted people of Yahuah – Israel! Only by becoming sons of Elohim and being grafted into Israel do we become children of the promise of Eternal Life.

If you were to invent the easiest and most popular religion in the world, you would probably do the following:

• You would tell your followers that their only obligation is to believe. You would teach them that there is no need to conform to any commands, because that would be bondage.

• You would constantly remind them that all obligations of righteousness, including law- keeping, have been met for them by a personal Savior. (Ignoring the fact that after keeping all the Law perfectly Himself, He commanded us to do the same.)

eric bochené (王狮子) Nom de Plume, [12/3/2024 7:30 AM]
• Finally, in your religion no one would need to worry that their belief would ever be tried, or that they may have to defend their convictions or suffer for their beliefs. When the end-time tribulation comes, they will be miraculously whisked away to a ‘heavenly’ sanctuary.

Imagine how attractive your religion would be! Who in their right mind would not want to have the ultimate in blessings? – All for doing nothing! And when trial comes, they will be immediately removed from the conflict without having to answer for or defend their belief, is it any wonder that so many people choose to accept these same teachings?
