Regret and Mercy are sacrificed for victory by the Arbiter/Hierarch of “Truth” in the attempt to use the “rings” (lord of the rings = Saturn/Satan) to destroy all of mankind to contain what they consider to be the Flood of humanity, outnumbering them so.
