Talmud – Summary

 

The Babylonian Talmud is the culmination of the oral teachings of the scribes and Pharisees that Christ so adamantly rebuked. It is a long collection of books that weren’t put into written form until around the 6th century A.D.

It is composed of the Mishnah and Gemara, the rambling of rabbis over the ages.

Since the time of Moses, the modern day people today know as Talmudists, they have always attested their teachings were vocal, not written, chanted not read, and spell-ed out, or recited. It’s Hex instead of Text.

Moses’s laws to God were burned into stone, while the Talmudists claim they heard something.

In it’s whole, the Talmud is the antithesis of Christianity; It has nothing to do with the Old Testament.

The Talmudists pretend to be the Israelites of the Bible; they pretend to be the prophets of the Old Testament. They pretend to be the descendants of Judah and steal the namesake ‘Jew’.



They are liars and deceivers, just as Christ foretold us in John 8, and Matthew 23.

Because of its origins in the demon-worshipping capital of the world, Babylon, demonology plays an important part throughout the text of the Talmud. It refers to the Demiurge, or Chief Demon, as the Creator of the Universe, and it defames the various appearances of demons as (1) mazzikim; (2) shedim; (3) ruhot (Avot. 5-6). Asmodeus is listed as the King of the Demons (Pes. 1l0a-1l2b). The Mishnah taught in the second century B.C. that two things should never be revealed to the public, or the uninitiated: (1) the work of creation, and (2) the work of the chariot (meaning esoteric operations, the “Divine Throne”). These precepts later became further formalized in the secret rites of Freemasonry.

In 1280 A.D., a further development of Talmudic thought, The Zohar, or Book of Splendour, appeared. This was known as the Cabal, or tradition. It was based on two things: (1) generation, or the fertility rites, as the most sacred word in the new instructions (which, of course, also became the “G” featured in Masonic symbols), and (2) the precept that Israel alone is to possess the future world (Vayschleh folio 177b). The Zohar derived from the Sefer Yetsirah, or Book of Creation, which had appeared in the Babylon of the third century; the ten Sephiroth or numbers, based on the belief that the universe derives from the ten numbers and two letters of the Hebrew alphabet; this later was developed into the twenty-two trumps of Tarot, or the twenty-two Paths which lead to Sephotorth.

In Cabala *, evil takes on a mysterious existence of its own, which its precepts trace back to the physical appearance of life on earth, or Adam. Cabala claims that Adam throws the entire stream of life out of balance, and that the Church, or Christianity, by formalizing the physical existence of the Adamite people on earth, have become a problem which must be resolved. This is the essence of the basic anti -life principle underlying all Cabala and its heir, Freemasonry. These precepts declare that Satanism will achieve its final triumph over the Church and Christianity, thus ending the “dualism” of this world, the struggle between good and evil. In short, the problem of good and evil will be ended when evil triumphs and good is eliminated from the earth. This program may sound somewhat simplistic, but it is the basic premise of the Cabala and Freemasonry.

These anti-life precepts are now to be encountered, and dealt with, in many of the developments of our civilization. The descendants of the Canaanites instinctively hate and actively oppose such progress as technology, urban life, industrialism, and the cultural achievements of
humanity. Their basic goal is to return the earth to the primitivism of its pre-Adamic state, when a Neanderthal type of human roamed at will over an earth which had no “civilized” aspects to remind him of his primitivism. (The Kol Nidre (“all vows”) is found in the Talmud book Nedarim (Vows), and is recited each year in the synagogue on the Day of Atonement It allows all future obligations, oaths or pledges a Jew may engage in to “be deemed absolved, forgiven, annulled, and void, and made of no effect.” This allows Jews to lie, subvert, cheat, etc.

Addressing Adam King’s “refutation” on quotes from the Talmud – Adam King’s video

 

1. Soferim 15 “Even the best of Gentiles should all be killed.”

Adam claims that Quote No. 1 from Soferim 15 isn’t from a “real book” and goes on to say it’s a “fake quote,” that it “doesn’t exist,” and that “the book doesn’t exist.”

Within the very first quote, we see how disingenuous this Jew actually is—first, by trying to claim that the book/tractate itself doesn’t exist, which can easily be debunked with a simple search on Sefaria.org for Tractate Soferim. Beyond that, he then claims that the quote itself doesn’t exist and is a fake quote. So, let’s find out whether that is true or not.

We can see that the premise of the quote definitely exists, but the phrase “best of gentiles” does not appear. Instead, it says “best of heathens” So, let’s break this down.

The Hebrew term for “heathens” in this case is “עובדי כוכבים” (Ovdei Kochavim), which literally translates to “worshipers of stars.” In the modern day, there is no prominent group of people who actively worship stars to whom Jews could apply this passage. So, how did we arrive at the conclusion that it refers to Gentiles rather than literal star worshipers in the context of today’s time?

The short-form abbreviation of Ovdei Kochavim is Akum . According to HaRav David Bar-Haim, who has spent years researching original Talmudic manuscripts, the original text of the Gemara in most places uses either Goyim or Nochrim. The term Akum was actually added by the censors—a group of Jews who altered certain words within the Talmud to make it more appeasing—specifically to placate Christians, who did not see themselves as worshippers of stars and constellations.

Additionally, according to H. L. Strack in the article “Talmud” in Herzog’s Encyclopedia (xviii. 320, note 3) and Nathaniel (1900, p. 128), the word Akum is not found in the oldest editions or manuscripts of the Mishnah, Talmud, Yad ha-Ḥazakah, or Shulcḥan ‘Arukh. Instead, it was inserted by censors in place of the original terms Goy, Nochri, and Obed Avodah Zarah (idol worshiper).

In addition to replacing words like Goy and Nochri with Ovdei Kochavim and Akum, Wilhelm Bacher’s Die Agada der Tannaiten (Vol. II, p. 86, note 3) states that the qualifying phrase “in the time of war” was actually a later addition intended to soften the harshness of the original statement. This completely undermines any argument that attempts to justify the passage by claiming it only applies to wartime.

The quote is also found in the lesser-known but older Jerusalem Talmud (Kiddushin 4:11.7), which was compiled around 100–200 years before the Babylonian Talmud. In this version, the word used is actually “גויים” (Goyim) and the phrase “in the time of war” is absent. This is most likely because it represents an older variant of the text. As shown in previous sources, the omission of Goyim and the addition of “in the time of war” were later efforts to censor and soften the harshness of the passage.

With this, along with the previously cited sources, it becomes clear that the original word used in this quotation was most likely Goyim—not Akum or Ovdei Kochavim.

 

Here, we can see that this rabbi not only affirms my interpretation and reading of the text but also reads it exactly as the meme presents it. As he reads through the quote, he states that it reads, “the best of non-Jews should be killed.” He then remarks, “That’s how it appears in some other parallel sources,” indicating that the phrase “in times of war” was not present in the original manuscript.

He then goes further to demonstrate how this literally pertains to killing gentiles. As he reads the next part, “The best of snakes, you should crush its head,” he explains that Rabbi Shimon bar Yochai’s analogy suggests that “its not because you know this snake is going to kill you or even attack you, its not because you know this snake is lethal, its because it might be”. This is further clarified when he states, “Kill the snake and ask questions later.” He then applies this analogy to contemporary situations by saying, “Shoot first and ask questions later.”

This passage quite literally teaches Jews to kill gentiles, whether they know they’re going to harm them or not, all while using an analogy of a snake to justify it.

Before we move on to quote No.2 lets take a second to look at the Rabbi that came up with these demonic ideas and find out whether he’s just a random Rabbi, or if he has a lot of influence on the Jewish world.
The Rabbis name is Shimon bar Yochai, also known as Rashbi who was a prominent 2nd-century tanna or sage in Roman Judaea and early Syria Palaestina. He was also a student of Rabbi Akiva. The Zohar (first Jewish kabbalistic work that speaks on the nature of souls, nature of God, redemption, and the universe/creation etc.) is actually ascribed to Rashbi and they claim it was divine revelation possibly from an “angel of light” from when he spent many years inside the cave of Peki’in hiding from the Gentile Romans, the consensus of scholars don’t go with this theory though they ascribe it to Moses de León Spanish Rabbi and Kabbalist in the 13th century.
Rashbi is buried and has a tomb that is seen as a pilgrimage site in Meron, a village near Safed in the Galilee region of Israel (occupied Palestine), his tomb is visited by around 2 million people annually and is the 2nd most visited pilgrimage site for Jews apart from the western wall.

Before we move on to Quote No. 2, let’s take a moment to examine the Rabbi behind these ideas and determine whether he was just a random figure or someone with significant influence in the Jewish world.

The rabbi in question is Shimon bar Yochai, also known as Rashbi, a prominent 2nd-century Tanna (sage) in Roman Judaea and early Syria Palaestina. He was a student of Rabbi Akiva and is traditionally credited with the authorship of the Zohar—the foundational work of Kabbalah, which explores the nature of souls, God, redemption, creation, and the universe. According to Jewish tradition, Rashbi received divine revelation—possibly from an “angel of light”—while spending years in a cave in Peki’in, hiding from the Gentile Romans. However, the scholarly consensus attributes the authorship of the Zohar to Moses de León, a 13th-century Spanish Rabbi and Kabbalist.

2. Yevamot 98a “all children of Goyim are animals”

 

Adam claims that he looked for quote No.2 in Yevamot 98a for “five minutes” and “couldn’t find it,” then simply brushed it off and moved on to the next one. So, let’s see for ourselves.

The direct translation from Sefaria is:
“For these are two twin brothers, whose seed is one, and is divided into two. And the latter part of the text teaches: “They do not perform chalitzah and do not perform yibbum'(Levirate marriage laws)—you can infer from this that the Torah has rejected their lineage. As it is written: ‘The flesh of donkeys is their flesh, and the semen of horses is their semen.”

Soncino’s translation of the Babylonian Talmud renders it:
“Thus it may be inferred that the All Merciful declared their children to be legally fatherless, for [so indeed it is also] written, Whose flesh is as the flesh of asses, and whose issue is like the issue of horses.”

We can see from these two translations from Sefaria and Soncino’s that they both state our flesh is the “flesh of donkeys” and our semen is the “semen of horses.” In Sefaria’s William Davidson Talmud, a footnote has been added, stating: “The offspring of a male Gentile is considered no more related to him than the offspring of donkeys and horses.” This footnote simply reflects the plain reading and the interpretation that Jews would naturally derive from a passage like this.

Adam is blatantly ignoring the passage, claiming he searched for five minutes and couldn’t find it in an attempt to deceive his viewers into thinking that quotes about the Talmud are false and merely fabricated by a kid in his basement. However, we can clearly see that these quotes do exist. In Quote No. 3, you will see how it connects with this passage to further prove the point that Gentiles are not considered human in the eyes of the Jew.

The quote should read:
“The children of Gentiles are more closely related to donkeys and horses than to humans.”

 

3. Bava Metzia 114b “Gentiles “Goys” are not humans, they are beasts”

 

Adam claims that Quote No. 3 in Bava Metzia 114b does not say what the flyer implies but instead states, “anyone who worships idols and stars are considered beasts and anyone who doesn’t worship them is considered human” so Let’s break it down.

The direct translation from Sefaria is:
”He replied: “Doesn’t the master teach the laws of purity? As it is taught: Rabbi Shimonben Yochai says: The graves of non-Jews do not make things impure, as it is written, ‘And you, My flock, the flock of My pasture, you are men’ (Ezekiel 34:31). You (the Jews) are called ‘men,’ but non-Jews are not called ‘men.'”

Soncino’s translation of the Babylonian Talmud renders it:
”For it has been taught: R. Simeon b. Yohai said: The graves of Gentiles do not defile, for it is written, And ye my flock, the flock of my pastures, are men;only ye (Jews) are designated ‘men”

Ask yourself this question: How did Adam read the word “BEAST” verbatim from his physical Talmud if neither Soncino nor Sefaria’s digital translations use the word “beast”?

This raises two possibilities: either the person who made the flyer is a Jew attempting to make Gentiles look foolish, or they have simply conducted more in-depth research than the rest of us. Additionally, it raises the question of whether Jews have access toTalmud translations that are not made publicly available—versions that include footnotes with even stronger anti-Gentile sentiment.

Let’s take Adam’s partial translation and correct it using the two translations I provided.

Adam’s version: “Anyone who worships idols and stars is considered a beast, and anyone who doesn’t worship them is considered human.”

Since the phraseOvdei Kochavim/Akum (worshippers of stars and idols) is not used in the text, but rather “נוכרים” (Nochrim), which literally means foreigner/stranger and refers exclusively to Gentiles, we can accurately replace “worships idols and stars” with “Gentiles” and “who doesn’t worship them” with “only Jews.”

Additionally, since the Hebrew word for man and human is the same—“אָדָם” (Adam)—we can either keep “human” or replace it with “man”, as both would be correct.

With these corrections, the passage now reads:

“Gentiles are considered beasts, and only Jews are considered human/man.”

This aligns very closely with the flyer’s quote: “Gentiles are not humans; they are beasts.”

The quote should read:
“Gentiles are considered beasts, and only Jews are considered human/man.

 

4. Gad Shas 2:2 “a Jew may violate but not marry a non-Jew girl”

This is the first time Adam has been correct in this video—Quote No. 3 from Gad Shas 2:2 does not actually exist, and Gad Shas is not a real book. Nonetheless, let’s see if the sentiment and ideology behind the quote can still be found within other tractates of the Talmud.

The quote reads: “A Jew may violate but not marry a non-Jewish girl.”

In Judaism, it is well known that Jews cannot marry Gentiles. According to the Bible, this prohibition originally referred only to Canaanites (Deuteronomy 7:3–4). However, in the Talmud inKiddushin 68b, this restriction is extended to all Gentiles.

Here is further proof from the Mishneh Torah and Shulchan Arukh as well:

Shulchan Arukh, Even HaEzer 16:1 has a poorly rendered translation. A more accurate version would be:

“A Jew who has relations with a gentile woman (Kutit) in the manner of marriage, or a Jewish woman who has relations with a gentile (Kuti) in the manner of marriage, is liable to receive lashes according to the Torah, as it is stated: ‘You shall not intermarry with them’ (Deuteronomy 7:3).”

In Joseph Karo’s work, the word “Goyim” is not used; instead, we see “Kutit”, which originally referred to Samaritans but was later applied to all Gentiles as a censorship substitution for “Akum” and “Nochri”.

This is backed by Jewish historians themselves. According to Jacob Katz (Exclusiveness and Tolerance) and Gedaliah Alon (The Jews in Their Land in the Talmudic Age), Christian authorities censored Jewish texts due to their profane and hostile content, leading to the substitution of words like “Goy” and “Akum” with less provocative terms like “Kuti.”

Now that we’ve established that a Jew cannot marry a Gentile, let’s move on to the second part—whether or not they are permitted to “violate” a Gentile.
According to Maimonides (Rambam) in Mishneh Torah Kings and Wars 8:2-3, a Jew can take a captive woman after killing her entire family and then have sex with her. It does not matter whether she is a virgin or married, since “’Gentiles’ marriages are not recognized.”

From this alone, we can see that a Jew is permitted to violate Gentile women—either by taking their virginity or by making them commit adultery through forced intercourse, justified if their “natural inclination” overcomes them.

Now, let’s break down what this “natural inclination” actually means, because they make it seem like just a harmless desire—when in reality, it is far from harmless.

The word used in the text is simply “יֵצֶר” (inclination), but in Judaism, there are two types of inclination:

Yetzer HaTov – the good inclination

Yetzer HaRa – the evil inclination

Rashi (a French Jewish scholar and commentator, 1040–1105 CE, known for his commentaries on the Torah and Talmud) explicitly states in his commentary on Deuteronomy 21:10-11:

“But Scripture [in permitting this marriage] is speaking only against the evil inclination, [which drives him to desire her].”

Now that we have established that this passage refers to Yetzer HaRa (the evil inclination) and notYetzer HaTov (the good inclination), the only logical conclusion is that this passage condones the rape of a captive woman. After all, who in their right mind would willingly have sex with the person who killed their entire family and then took them captive?

Although Gad Shas does not exist as a book and the quote is not verbatim, the statement itself is accurate—a Jew cannot marry a Gentile girl, but they can violate them by taking them captive and raping them if their evil inclination (Yetzer HaRa) overcomes them.

 

The quote should read:
“A Jew cannot marry a Gentile “Goy” girl but can take them captive in war and rape them if their evil inclination overcomes them”

 

5. Avodah Zarah 36b “Gentile “Goy” girls are in a state of niddah (filth) from birth.”

 

Adam had a lot to say about Quote No. 5—a lot of lies, to be exact. He claims that “Niddah” doesn’t mean filth and that the text actually reads: “They decreed on the daughters of idolaters that the Tumah of Niddah comes to them when they’re in their cradle.” He also asserts that it does not mention the word Gentile or Goy.
So, once again, let’s break it down.

The direct translation from Sefaria is:
“Gufa (the matter itself): Baali said in the name of Avimi Nivta’a, who said in the name of Rav: Their bread, their oil, their wine, and their daughters—all of these are from the eighteen decrees. What is meant by ‘their daughters’? Rav Nachman bar Yitzchak said: They decreed that their daughters are niddot from their cradles.”
There isn’t much difference between the Soncino edition’s translation and the other, so I will leave it out. However, let’s address Adam’s claims one by one.

Does niddah/niddot mean filth?
To determine whether these words imply filth, we first need to understand their meaning.
According to the Soncino Talmud’s glossary, the word “Niddah” refers to “a woman in the period of her menstruation.”

For most people, menstruation is simply a natural biological process. However, in Judaism, when a woman is in Niddah, a man is forbidden from:
Touching her in any way.
Sleeping in the same bed.
Eating from the same plate or drinking from the same cup.
Pouring her a bath or washing her body.
Engaging in any romantic or flirtatious communication.
Additionally, a woman in Niddah is considered ritually impure and is not allowed to:
Enter the Holy Temple.
Touch any sacred objects within the Temple.

This concept of ritual impurity extends beyond menstruating women—it also applies to Cushites (Black people), Mamzerites (bastards), and others. However, that is not the point of contention here.

According to Zohar, Chayei Sara 3, this impurity originates from the moment Eve attached herself to the serpent, at which point the serpent “injected his impurity into her.”

The word rendered as impurity in this context is “וּהֲמָאז” (zuhama), which literally means filth, dirt, or contamination. This proves that the concept of impurity in Judaism is not merely about menstruation but is rooted in the belief that the serpent injected filth into Eve.

Now, let’s explore how this affects Gentiles versus how it affects Jews.

You would surely think that if original sin, which included filth/Niddah, was injected into Eve, it would apply to everyone—since in Christianity, we believe that all of humanity inherited original sin, and that Christ’s blood washes us clean from it.

However, in Shabbat 146a, we see a starkly different belief. While the Talmud acknowledges that “contamination remained in all human beings,” it also teaches that when the Jews stood at Mount Sinai, their contamination ceased. In contrast, since “Gentiles did not stand at Mount Sinai”, our “contamination never ceased.”

The word used here again is “וּהֲמָאז” (zuhama), meaning that the text can be accurately rendered as:
“The Israelites, who stood at Mount Sinai—their zuhama (filth) ceased. The Goyim, who did not stand at Mount Sinai—their zuhama (filth) did not cease.”
This proves that the impurity mentioned in Avodah Zarah 36b is literally referring to filth. The reason Gentiles are said to be decreed this filth from birth is that Jews believe only they have been cleansed from the filth injected into Eve—which, according to this belief, led to the existence of menstruation.
Now, let’s address whether this passage actually refers to Gentiles.
Adam claims: “It’s crazy because whoever made this meme… every time it says ‘idolaters,’ they change it to ‘Gentiles.’”
I find this highly ironic, considering that I have already proven in my refutation of Quote No. 1 that it was not Gentiles who changed the words from Akum or Ovdei Kochavim to Goyim or Nochri. In reality, it was the Jews themselves who altered and omitted words, replacing the original Goyim or Nochri with Akum and Akum and Ovdei Kochavim in an effort to make the passage more palatable.
According to the exact same passage quoted in the flyer, Avodah Zarah 36b, this statement is derived from The Eighteen Decrees/Matters (Shmonah Asar Davar). This refers to a set of rabbinic laws enacted by the Sages of the Talmud to:
Strengthen separation between Jews and Gentiles
Maintain Jewish identity
Protect religious observance
These decrees were established by the students of Hillel and Shammai on a single day, under turbulent circumstances, as recorded in the Babylonian Talmud, Shabbat 13b–17b and Avodah Zarah 35b–36b.
This is further proven by Maimonides’ Mishneh Torah Forbidden Intercourse 17, where the direct translation reads:
“They decreed them in order to distance [the Jews] from the idolaters (Akum), so that Israel would not intermingle with them and come to intermarriage (Chatnut).”
Adam also points out that the word “Akum” is used here. However, from my previous refutations, I have already demonstrated that Akum refers to Gentiles in general, and the original wording was most likely “Goyim”—but due to censorship, the word was altered.
The quote should read:
“The sages decreed that the daughters of the Gentiles “Goy” are full of/in a state of zenumah (filth) from birth/their cradles.”

 

6. Sanhedrin 54b “A Jew may have sex with a child as long as the child is less than 9 years old”

Adam claims that the text actually reads: “The male in question, the one who commits sodomy, who is liable for the death penalty, must be 9 years old and one day.”

So, let’s examine whether this is truly the case.
(1:40-2:17)

The direct translation from Sefaria is:
”They did not equate a minor to an adult. Rav said: They did not treat the intercourse of a boy younger than nine years old as equivalent to that of a boy nine years old. And Shmuel said: They did not treat the intercourse of a girl younger than three years old as equivalent to that of a girl three years old.”
“They disagree about the following: Rav holds that any legal status that applies to the one who lies (shochev, the active participant) also applies to the one who is lain with (nishkav, the passive participant), and any legal status that does not apply to the one who lies does not apply to the one who is lain with.”

Soncino’s translation of the Babylonian Talmud renders it:
”Our Rabbis taught: In the case of a male child, a young one is not regarded as on a par with an old one; but a young beast is treated as an old one. What is meant by this? — Rab said: Pederasty with a child below nine years of age is not deemed as pederasty with a child above that. Samuel said: Pederasty with a child below three years is not treated as with a child above that. What is the basis of their dispute? — Rab maintains that only he who is able to engage in sexual intercourse, may, as the passive subject of pederasty throw guilt [upon the active offender]; whilst he who is unable to engage in sexual intercourse cannot be a passive subject of pederasty [in that respect].”

Now, looking at both translations of the text, there are a few key points to address before expanding to other passages. To reach a proper conclusion, let’s first define two important terms that will help clarify the meaning of the text.
“Actively” (one who engages in intercourse actively) → This refers to the penetrating party (shochev, שׁוֹכֵב).
“Passively” (one who engages in intercourse passively) → This refers to the receptive party (nishkav, נִשְׁכָּב).

Rav holds to the position that if a male under nine years old engages in active intercourse, it is not considered halachically significant (legally valid) because his actions are not legally recognized as full intercourse. Therefore, if a male under nine years old is the passive partner in male-male relations, the adult involved is also not liable, because the child’s involvement is not considered halachic (legally valid) intercourse.
This draws the principle of “Any halakha (Jewish Law) that applies to the active partner applies to the passive partner.”

The main questions this passage/discussion seeks to determine are: At what age does sodomy trigger halachic (legal) punishment? And at what age is a participant considered to have engaged in intercourse in a legally recognized way?

From the passage, we can conclude that the minimum age for the legal recognition of homosexual intercourse in Judaism is nine years old. If a boy under nine is the receiving partner in sodomy, the adult partner who rapes him is not liable for punishment, because the act is not considered or recognized as intercourse under Jewish law.

This ruling applies specifically to sodomy, but I will be doing a full Substack on child marriage and intercourse in the Talmud, which will explore the legal age for girls in greater detail.
For now, here is some general information on the topic to establish the basics.
In Judaism, there are two forms of womanhood based on age and physical development:

Three years and one day old – This is considered the age fit for marriage based on the claim that if a man has intercourse with a girl under three years and one day, her hymen will repair itself, making it as if nothing happened (Ketubot 11b:6). At three years and one day, a girl can also be married through intercourse.
Twelve years and one day old – This is considered the age fit for pregnancy/childbearing, according to Niddah 45a, provided that the girl has two pubic hairs. These hairs are inspected by rabbis to determine if she has reached the appropriate stage of development.

From these three passages (Ketubot 11b:6, Niddah 45a, and Even HaEzer 37), we see the following rulings in Jewish law:
If a man rapes a girl under three years and one day old, he “has done nothing” because her virginity is said to regrow (Ketubot 11b:6).
A girl three years and one day old can be married through “Bi’ah” (sexual intercourse), meaning that intercourse itself legally establishes the marriage (Even HaEzer 37).

The quote should read:

7. Sanhedrin 58b “If a Goy hits a Jew he must be killed”

Adam claims the text reads: “Ovdei Kochavim—an idolater, one who worships the stars—if they strike a Jew, they are liable for the death penalty.” He then argues, “It doesn’t say if a Gentile strikes a Jew; it says if an idolater strikes a Jew.”
Additionally, he reads one paragraph down and claims it states: “One who strikes a man is like one who strikes the jaw of the holy one (God) its not talking about Jews in general its just talking about one who hits another man its like you’re hitting God”

So, let’s take a closer look at the text.
(2:18-2:43)

The direct translation from Sefaria is:
“A Gentile (Goy) who strikes a Jew (Yisrael) is liable for death, as it is stated: ‘And he turned this way and that, and he saw that there was no man, and he struck the Egyptian…’ (Exodus 2:12).”
Adam claimed the text says “Ovdei Kochavim”, but that phrase is nowhere to be found in this passage. The actual word used is “גּוֹי” (Goy), which explicitly means Gentile. This clearly demonstrates how disingenuous these Jews truly are.

Now, let’s move on to his second claim.

The direct translation from Sefaria is:
“One who strikes the jaw of a Jew, it is as if he strikes the jaw of the Divine Presence (Shechinah), as it is stated: ‘It is a snare for a person to rashly say: It is holy’ (Proverbs 20:25).”
Adam tried to claim that the passage only states: “One who strikes a man is like one who strikes the jaw of the Holy One (God),” and that “it’s not talking about Jews in general, it’s just saying that hitting any man is like hitting God.”

This attempted refutation is hilarious, considering that Adam can read Hebrew and was literally reading the passage in Hebrew—yet, for some reason, he conveniently skipped over the word “יִשְׂרָאֵל” (Yisrael), which clearly shows that the passage only refers to striking the cheek of a Jew.

With context from the previous paragraph, we also know that the one doing the slapping is referring to a Gentile. I think we all know why he chose to omit that.

The quote should read:
“A gentile who hits a Jew is liable to receive a death penalty”

 

8. Sanhedrin 57a “When a Jew murders a Gentile there will be no death penalty”

Adam claims, “It doesn’t say that at all,” and insists that the text actually reads: “Whoever sheds the blood of a man, his blood shall be shed.”

He then quotes a random passage—without even naming it—and claims it states: “An Israelite is certainly thus prohibited against killing anyone, even an idolater.”

Afterward, he reaffirms the same falsehood he’s been pushing throughout the entire video: “It’s not about Gentiles; it’s about idolaters.”

So, let’s begin addressing these claims one by one.

“But isn’t it the case that whenever there is a liability for death, the Mishnah teaches it explicitly? As it teaches in the first clause: ‘For bloodshed—when a Gentile kills another Gentile, or when a Gentile kills a Jew, he is liable. But when a Jew kills a Gentile, he is exempt.”

The fact that Adam tried to “Jew” his way out of this passage by claiming it only refers to idolaters is hilarious, because the passage clearly establishes three distinct categories:
“Goy b’Goy” (גּוֹי בְּגוֹי) → A Gentile who kills another Gentile is liable for death.
“Goy b’Yisrael” (גּוֹי בְּיִשְׂרָאֵל) → A Gentile who kills a Jew is liable for death.
“Yisrael b’Goy” (יִשְׂרָאֵל בְּגוֹי) → A Jew who kills a Gentile is exempt.

This proves that the entire passage is about the different legal standards for Jews and Gentiles—it has nothing to do with idolatry. As usual, the Jew is lying to manipulate the narrative.
Now, let’s address the fake passage Adam created out of thin air.

“An Israelite is certainly thus prohibited against killing anyone even an idolater”
This claim is erroneous because, within the exact same tractate sanhedrin 57, just six paragraphs earlier, it explicitly states that a “Gentile should be executed for idol worship.”
Here are two quotes from Maimonides’ Mishneh Torah (Kings and Wars 9 and Foreign Worship and Customs of the Nations 2) that further reinforce the fact that Adam is nothing but a lying Jew who thinks he can get away with blatant deception.

The quote should read:
“If a Jew murders a Gentile there is no death penalty”

 

9. Tospoth Jebamoth ( probably Tosafot Yevamot) 92b “if you eat with a Goy its the same as eating with a dog”

Adam claims, “This isn’t the Talmud; it’s a commentary on the Talmud centuries later,” which is true—but notice how he doesn’t actually deny that the quote exists.
Now, while I can’t find the exact source (since most Tosafot don’t have English translations), we can still understand the sentiment from Jews themselves and from other Talmudic passages.
(3:17-3:22)
The woman claims that a Gentile and a Jew are not allowed to eat at the same table, which somewhat verifies the quote. Now, let’s dive into their scriptures to explore this further.
These three passages—Avodah Zarah 8a, Avodah Zarah 8b, and Mishneh Torah, Forbidden Foods 17—all prove that Jews are prohibited from attending a Gentile’s feast or even eating our food and drinking our wine.

In addition to those three passages, we can also add Yevamot 98a, Bava Metzia 114b, and Beitzah 25b—two of which I have already addressed in Quote No. 2 and 3.

These passages show that:
Gentiles are likened to the flesh of donkeys and the semen of horses.
Gentiles are not considered human.
Dogs are seen as violent animals, and Jews have a negative view of them.
This suggests that the quote could indeed exist, as “dog” may have been used as a derogatory term for Gentiles.
Even though I can’t find the exact passage, the sentiment is clearly present—Jews are forbidden from eating at our feasts, and we are considered beasts rather than humans, likened to the flesh of donkeys and the semen of horses.

The quote should read:
“Jews cannot eat food from a Gentiles or attend a Gentiles feast, and Gentiles are considered beasts, likened to the flesh of donkeys and the semen of horses.”

 

10. Bava metzia 24a “if a Jew finds an object lost by a Gentile “Goy” it does not have to be returned”

Adam claims that the text states: “If a person finds an object, he is obligated to make an announcement that he found the object before he can take it.”
He also asserts that “in previous chapters, where the word ‘idolater’ was switched out for ‘Gentile,’ here the word ‘Canaanite’ is being exchanged for ‘Gentile.’”

Let’s break this down and examine his claims.
(3:25-3:51)

The direct translation from Sefaria is:
“Come and hear: If one found a lost item there, if the majority are Jews – he is obligated to announce it; if the majority are gentiles – he is not obligated to announce it.”
From this alone, we can see just how deceptive this Jew is. He tried to claim that the text says any person who finds a lost object must announce it, but that’s not the case whatsoever.

In reality, the obligation to announce a found object only applies if the item is found in an area that is majority Jewish—because Jews are not allowed to steal from other Jews. However, they are allowed to steal from Gentiles.
Lets take it even further.

According to Sanhedrin 76b and Mishneh Torah, Robbery and Lost Property 11, returning a lost item to a Gentile is considered a sin and a transgression because:
It “adds to the property that they stole from Jews.”
It “strengthens the power of the wicked peoples of the world.”
The direct translation from Sefaria is:
“’He stood and measured the earth; He saw and released nations.’

He saw that the descendants of Noah accepted upon themselves the Seven Noachide Laws. Since they did not fulfill them,” He permitted their property to Israel.
Here, we see that Bava Kamma 38a states that God arose and permitted the Gentiles’ property to the Jews.
The word for property here is “מָמוֹנָן” (mamonan), which comes from “מָמוֹן” (mamon), meaning money, wealth, or possessions.
This clearly demonstrates that Jews believe Gentile possessions have been handed over to them by their false, demonic god.

The quote should read:
“If a Jew finds a lost object in an area that is majority Gentile, it does not need to be returned because God has permitted all the possessions of the Gentiles to the Jews.”

 

11. Avodah Zarah 22a-22b “Gentiles “Goys prefer sex with cows”

Adam claims that the passage doesn’t say Gentiles but rather idol worshippers and that it is discussing “if you can buy a cow from an idol worshipper to offer in the temple and its saying no because in many of the idolatrous practices they have sex with animals”

So, let’s take a closer look at the actual text.
(3:52-4:14)
The direct translation from Sefaria is:
”Mishnah: One may not place an animal in the inns of non-Jews, because they are suspected of bestiality.”
The word used in Avodah Zarah 22a for non-Jews is “גּוֹיִם” (Goyim)—not Akum or Ovdei Kochavim.

One could argue that, contextually, when this was written, it may have been referring to Greek pagan practices, which included bestiality. However, I could just as easily argue that it extends to Christians, since the Talmud likens Balaam to Jesus Christ in Sanhedrin 105a (and other passages).
In these references, Balaam is said to have had sex with his donkey, which is connected to Jesus in:
Christianity in Talmud and Midrash by R. Travers Herford (p. 72)
Jesus in the Talmud by Peter Schäfer (p. 111)

Furthermore, I could argue that this passage refers to Gentiles in general, because—as I have already proven in my refutations to Quote No. 1 and 2—anything that originally referred to idol worshippers is now applied to all Gentiles, just as laws that originally applied to the seven nations of Canaan have also been extended to all Gentiles.
The direct translation from Sefaria is:
“And if you prefer, say: even if he finds it (the animal), he also commits bestiality with it. For the Master said: Their (sexual) desire for the livestock of Israel is greater than for their own wives.”
This is the part in Avodah Zarah 22b that Adam deliberately chose to ignore—because he knows it proves the quote is 100% true.

It explicitly states that a Gentile’s “desire for a Jew’s animal is greater than for their own wives.”
The word used for “desire” in this passage is “חֲבִיבָה” (chavivah).
We know this refers to sexual desire because:
The entire discussion revolves around bestiality.
It references the story in Shabbat 146aa, which I already addressed in my refutation of Quote No. 5.
This passage in Shabbat 146a states that Gentiles are contaminated with filth from birth. According to the Rabbis, this filth introduced lust into mankind—but when the Jews stood at Mount Sinai, they were cleansed of this impurity. However, since Gentiles did not stand at Sinai, this impurity remained within them.

The quote should read:
“Gentiles are suspected of bestiality, and their sexual desire for animals is greater than that for their own wives.”

 

12. Bava Kamma 113b “a Jew may use lies to circumvent a ‘Goy’ Gentile”

Adam claims: “it doesn’t say that Jews may use lies to circumvent a Gentile, they’re talking about tax collectors not Gentiles, the reference is too a customs collector who has no limit to the amount he’s allowed to collect.”

Let’s break this down and examine whether his claim holds up.
(4:20-4:40)
The direct translation from Sefaria is:
“The ruling of the mishna is stated with regard to a Gentile customs collector. As it is taught in a baraita: If a Jew and a Gentile come before a court for judgment, if you can vindicate the Jew according to Jewish law, vindicate him and say to the Gentile: ‘This is our law.’ If he can be vindicated according to Gentile law, vindicate him and say to the Gentile: ‘This is your law.’”
To claim that the passage in Bava Kamma 113a refers only to a tax collector is disingenuous. While the initial example does involve a tax collector, it is merely a case used to illustrate a broader principle—namely, that one should find any possible way to deem a Jew innocent or not guilty in court.

This principle applies to all legal situations, not just those involving a tax collector, and I challenge anyone to prove otherwise.
Adam also claims that this passage isn’t speaking about Gentiles, even though the words “גּוֹי” (Goy) and its plural “גּוֹיִם” (Goyim) appear three times—twice in singular form and once in plural.

The entire passage discusses the difference in law between Jews and Gentiles, so to suggest that this is merely a general principle about humans and tax collectors is just another example of Jewish deception.
Ironically, deception is the main theme of this passage, so perhaps Adam applied what he learned from Bava Kamma in his video.
He also seems to think that promoting tax evasion is “based,” as he himself stated—which only reinforces the stereotype about Jewish people.

The quote should read:
“In court, Jews should use deception to find any possible way to deem a Jew innocent.”

 

Conclusion:

Adam’s attempt at refuting this Talmud flyer was embarrassing.

He claimed that one of the books didn’t exist, even though it does.

He claimed we replaced the word idolaters with Gentiles, when in reality, it was his rabbis who did that not us.

He claimed certain passages referred to all people in general or didn’t even refer to Gentiles, even though the word Gentile was used multiple times.

The Jew tried and failed—as usual. So, here is the updated and corrected Talmud flyer you can use to be more effective when exposing these Talmudic demons.
